How is it made?
We first turn the ashes/bone/hair/fur/teeth into a powder, which we then use to create a cement. We fill the originally hollow heart with the cement, then top it off with perfectly cut Mother of Pearl so it becomes one solid piece.

We require 1 gram or 1/3 teaspoon of ashes/bones to create each piece of jewellery.
Or
Hair/fur:
We require 5-20 strands of hair/fur to create each piece of jewellery. In the event that you only have 1-2 strands, do reach out to us for advice.
Others:
We can also use teeth, nail, or personal items that belonged to the loved one/pet that has departed.

2) Place an order for the keepsake jewellery you desire from our online store. You will receive an order number immediately.
Place the ashes/bones/hair/fur into a ziplock bag and label it with your order number. Put it in an envelop and label the envelop with your order number and mail it to us.

We document the process when making each piece of jewellery to give all our customers the assurance that the ashes/bones/hair/fur passed to us has gone into the jewellery they ordered. Photos will be sent upon delivery.

Cleaning/polishing
Every piece of keepsake jewellery is handcrafted using fine precious metals which may require cleaning from time to time. Use a polishing cloth to clean it every now and then.
Water
Do not immerse your jewellery in water for extended periods of time. We’ve never had an issue with our jewellery being worn in the shower or when swimming. However, in order for the jewellery to last the longest, please keep them dry.
Chemicals
Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals and cleaning products, including perfume, hair spray, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover, and antibacterial hand sanitizer.
